My concentration explores child abduction with a focus on the loss of childhood and innocence. I began researching the psychological effects of kidnapping on children and used that information to develop my concentration. I wanted to tell a fictional story using photographs that evoke emotion, but don’t necessarily follow a clear and linear story line. The order of the images has been shuffled to allow each viewer to experience the images in their own way.
